Three vegan coffee shops worth discovering in Montreal

Leaves Café
2051 Rue de la Montagne
Leaves Café is a charming and colourful little coffeehouse located in the heart of downtown Montreal. As its name suggests, the coffee shop is filled with lovely plants, which customers can purchase at the same time as their coffee! On the menu are croissants, chocolatines, a selection of coffees and teas, as well as Kombuchas.

Café dei Campi
1360 Boulevard Rosemont
Mainly inspired by an Italian family cuisine, Café Dei Campi’s menu offers cornettos, cookies, doughnuts and tarts to accompany your coffee, as well as gourmet sandwiches, pizzettas and salads. You can even order a delicious seitan roast, ideal to introduce friends and family to plant-based alternatives!

Esquina, bar à café
4526 Avenue Papineau
Recently opened in the Plateau area, Esquina offers homemade vegan cuisine, including soups, tarts, pastries, scones, muffins and their famous pop tarts. This spot is ideal for a coffee on-the-go, or for a sit-down with a good book or some work. You can also purchase ceramic items made by local artists.
